Submit packaging data
You send us what you have. Article codes, photos, specifications, an export from your system. It doesn't need to be complete or structured. We help think through where you can still find missing packaging data.

Classify
Per article, we determine what already exists: only basic data, a photo, or an extensive document. That determines the route we follow for each article.

AI enrichment
Our Packstract agents read photos and documents and translate what they see into structured packaging data: material, weight, composition. Exactly the level of detail needed for tariff differentiation. If a data point is missing, the system fills it in based on industry standards.

Human review
Our specialists check outliers and borderline cases. If an estimate doesn't add up, we figure it out ourselves or bring it to you.

Missing data from your supplier? We take it over
Missing packaging data that only your supplier can provide? Then you don't need to chase that supplier yourself. We reach out directly on your behalf, with a clear introduction letter explaining who we are and what we need.
We won't burden your supplier with a complicated format of our own. Submitting what already exists (a specification, a product datasheet, an export from their system) is enough. We organize and structure the rest ourselves, so it costs your supplier as little time as possible.
